Cyberfusion is seeking a DevOps Engineer to co-manage and develop a leading managed hosting platform in the Netherlands. The role involves deep stacking across hosting, monitoring, security, and optimization on Core.

You will work with a diverse stack and contribute to features across infrastructure and tooling, while ensuring reliability and performance for customers such as agencies, SaaS firms, and large platforms.

Qualifications

• Ideally several years in a similar DevOps/engineering role in hosting environments.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, with strong written and spoken communication.
• Willingness to work in the Netherlands and obtain necessary permits if required.

Co-manage and develop the most forward-thinking managed hosting platform in the Netherlands - where hosting, monitoring, security, and optimisation are woven together at a deep level.

We only hire Dutch residents or persons holding a work permit. A Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required.

We build Core: the most forward-thinking managed hosting platform in the Netherlands - where hosting, monitoring, security, and optimisation are woven together at a deep level.

Our customers are agencies, SaaS companies, webshops, and large platforms that don't have in-depth hosting knowledge in-house. For that they have us: a rock-solid foundation for all their projects, full of features for web professionals.

That might sound abstract, until you think about what would otherwise happen. Our infrastructure runs webshops taking orders, portals where people log in, applications processing invoices. Every minute of the day. Do we do our job well? Then nobody notices. And that is exactly the point.

Making this work requires serious technology, and we do almost everything ourselves: from our network, to an internally developed configuration management system. You come into contact with every layer of infrastructure.

By continuously adding features, we make life a little smoother for web professionals every day. Here are some recent projects.

security.txt for 5,000+ domains

We added the security.txt standard to every site running on Core. The file points security researchers to the right contact the moment they find a vulnerability.

Without it, many vulnerabilities never get reported: the researcher finds something, doesn't know who to email, and walks away. By rolling the standard out across thousands of sites in one go, we raise the bar for the wider web.
