Job summary

CDH Professionals Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). You will work on on‑premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and cloud migration initiatives.

The role requires strong Linux background, hands-on experience with bare metal, GPU environments, and a solid mix of scripting, automation, and IaC tooling. Collaboration with development teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5+ years in DevOps, Infra, Systems Eng or similar.
• Strong Linux administration experience.
• Experience with bare metal infrastructure.
• Solid networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with GPU-based environments and performance issues.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines across apps and services.
• Automate application and product deployment processes.
• Manage on-premises infrastructure and environments.

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a growing engineering team and play a key role in supporting the development and deployment of cutting‑edge technology solutions. This position is ideal for an experienced infrastructure professional with a strong hardware and Linux background who enjoys working close to development teams and helping drive automation and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will work across on‑premises infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and future cloud migration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support software development teams with CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and optimisation.
• Automate application and product deployment processes.
• Manage and maintain on‑premises infrastructure and environments.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, networking, and hardware‑related issues.
• Support GPU‑based environments and workloads, including performance troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with the company's long‑term transition from on‑premises infrastructure to cloud‑based solutions.
• Implement infrastructure best practices, monitoring, and automation tooling.

Required Experience:

• 4-5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or similar role.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux administration.
• Proven experience working with bare metal infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting hardware environments.
• Experience working with GPU‑based infrastructure and diagnosing performance issues.
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Public cloud experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
