Landal GreenParks GmbH is seeking a Development Coordinator to support the Development team across the Benelux, France and Denmark. You will be the trusted right-hand to the Business Development Manager and will steer multiple development and contract projects simultaneously, connecting commercial, legal and operational colleagues with investors, developers, park owners and advisors.

• Serve as the right-hand to the Business Development Manager and manage multiple development and contract projects across the Benelux, France and Denmark.
• Coordinate and align commercial, legal and operations colleagues with investors, developers, park owners and advisors.
• Ensure agreements are documented, processes followed meticulously and projects are handed over smoothly after signing.

Bij Landal werken we continu aan de groei en ontwikkeling van ons vakantieaanbod in Europa. Dat doen we door nieuwe samenwerkingen aan te gaan, bestaande parken uit te breiden en langlopende samenwerkingen te verlengen.

Als Development Coordinator werk je binnen het Development-team aan projecten in de Benelux, Frankrijk en Denemarken. Je bent de rechterhand van de Business Development Manager en houdt meerdere ontwikkel- en contracttrajecten tegelijk in beweging. Daarbij verbind je commerciële, juridische en operationele collega’s met investeerders, ontwikkelaars, parkeigenaren en adviseurs.

Je zorgt dat afspraken worden vastgelegd, processen zorgvuldig worden doorlopen en projecten na ondertekening goed worden overgedragen. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan de verdere groei van Landal.
