Job description

The Design Quality Engineer will manage quality standards of AFA based the specific requests from customers and project, to ensure the development outcome meets the quality and performance requirements of these clients.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Communicate with the customer and R&D team, based on the market request, define the product specification.
• During the new product/process development, coordinating with technical, plant and other department, organize APQP.
• Coordinating with Technical department, organizing new products, process, and equipment qualification.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• College education or above, majoring in mechanical is prefer
• Good knowledge of APQP, familiar with quality tool
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Work proficiency in English, preferred oral English.
• Travel frequency: 40%
