Job summary

BUCK in Amsterdam is seeking a Design Apprentice to join our European Design team and grow alongside artists who bring designs to life using animation techniques.

You will work with collaborative teams to build knowledge, skills and responsibility to advance your career, in a culture that values in-person collaboration. In 2026, in-office work is 2–3 days per week with case-by-case exceptions.

Qualifications

• Generalist designer with drawing and color skills and willingness to learn.
• Experience not required; curiosity and eagerness to grow preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with artists to bring designs to life using animation techniques.
• Learn and practice across illustration, animation and graphic design.
• Participate in in-person collaboration to support project outcomes.
• Present concepts and incorporate feedback from the team.
