Job summary

Tandartsenpraktijk Van de Veer is looking for a cheerful receptionist for a 32-40 hour work week. You will welcome patients, answer calls with a smile, manage the schedule, and maintain up-to-date administration and patient records. Dutch language proficiency is essential; English is a plus.

• Someone with at least one year of experience as a receptionist
• Who welcomes our patients with a smile
• Always answers the phone cheerfully
• Is happy to go the extra mile
• Manages the schedule optimally, identifies gaps, and is assertive enough to adjust it in a timely manner
• Keeps the administration up to date with ease
• Keeps our patient database up-to-date
• Speaks excellent Dutch
• Proficiency in English is a plus

Our family practice is located in the middle of the dynamic New York setting of the Zuidas, but inside, homeliness and tranquility dominate. Our modernly furnished practice consists of five treatment rooms, three for the dentists and two for the dental hygienists and prevention assistants. Together we deliver personal and high-quality dental care with the motto: wellness in dental care
