Job summary

TCN is seeking a dental assistant for Haarlem (4 days a week). No prior experience is required as we provide in-house training and support to grow in dentistry. You will assist with treatments, prepare instruments, sterilize equipment, and help with patient records and appointments.

The role emphasizes patient comfort, teamwork, and a proactive, learn-on-the-job mindset within a friendly practice environment in North Holland.

Qualifications

• Must have a positive and proactive work attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Eager to learn and willing to acquire new skills.
• Resilience to work efficiently in busy situations.
• Good command of Dutch; English or other language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the dentist with treatments and procedures.
• Preparing instruments and materials for use.
• Sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment.
• Assisting with administrative tasks, such as maintaining patient records and scheduling appointments.
• Welcoming and guiding patients, and putting them at ease.
• Supporting the team with daily tasks.
