Job summary

Impress, a leading digital orthodontic clinic in Europe, seeks a Dental Assistant to support doctors, manage the clinic flow, and ensure a stress-free patient journey.

You will perform 3D intraoral scans, X-rays, and sterilization, while coordinating material preparation and data entry in our EMR and digital systems. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus. This role offers a modern, fast-paced environment with ongoing growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English to communicate with the team.
• Proficient typing (40 wpm) and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform 3D scans, X-rays, oral hygiene, sterilization of instruments, and coordinate material preparation.
• Lead patient reception, articulate treatment procedures, and ensure accuracy of clinical data in our digital systems.
• Support front desk duties, daily management tasks, and maintain a seamless flow between doctor and patient.
• Deliver high-quality results through self-motivation and continuous improvement.
