COREcruitment is seeking a motivated Demi Chef de Partie for an exciting new hospitality opening in Amsterdam. You will support daily operations, maintain high standards, and contribute to delivering quality food experiences.

Requirements include culinary training or professional kitchen experience, 1–3 years in a kitchen, and fluency in English (Dutch is a plus). The role is based in Amsterdam with monthly gross salary around €2,500.

Qualifications

• Reliable, organized and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Chef de Partie and kitchen team during prep and service.
• Prepare and cook dishes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Set up and manage your workstation efficiently.
• Follow food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
• Support smooth service flow and teamwork across the kitchen.
• Assist with stock control and waste reduction.
