Qualifications

• Proficient Excel with Pivot Tables and formulas.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Python requested.
• Familiarity with forecasting concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly consolidation of sales order and inventory data.
• Maintain and update inventory planning dashboards and reports.
• Prepare customer analysis reports and inventory reference data.
• Ensure data accuracy through basic cleaning and checks.
• Support inventory data and planning inputs for strategy.
• Update inventory base tables and planning datasets.
• Extract historical sales data for forecast analysis and models.
• Track production lead times and shipment schedules.
• Monitor air/sea freight status and tracking records.
• Follow up on delivery schedule exceptions and issues.
