Job summary

Genpact is op zoek naar een Demand Planner die de service- en bedrijfsafvalagenda bewaakt en KPI's eigent. Je kijkt naar de korte termijn balans tussen vraag en aanbod en zorgt dat grote service risico's worden opgelost.

De rol biedt een uurloon tot €30 bruto en een fulltime werkweek van 40 uur via Manpower, met reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenregeling. Je werkt samen met Sales en Customer Service om service targets te halen en operationele efficiëntie te verbeteren.

Responsibilities

• Periodiek uitvoeren van AATP bedrijfsregelreview en aanpassing
• Afstemmen en beslissen over escalatie toewijzing en prioriteiten op klantniveau met Sales en Customer Service
• Drijven van de serviceprestaties naar de afgesproken serviceniveaus
• Ondersteunen van Demand/Supply reconciliatie op korte termijn en voorstellen doen voor mitigatieplannen
• Procesverbeteringen plannen in samenwerking met Genpact
• Coördineren en sturen van lokale afvoer van rest- en geblokkeerde voorraad in samenwerking met stakeholders en POM-tool beheren
• Root cause analyses uitvoeren op bedrijfsafval om preventieve acties te bepalen
• Coördineren van lokale activiteiten voor optimale service bij grote serviceissues (inclusief WOS/TUS)
• Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor Genpact Supply Planning Team
• Beheren van AATP-bedrijbsregels voor nauwkeurste voorraadallocatie
• Herzien van X+6 promotieverbeteringen voor beschikbaarheid met MSP

Vacaturebeschrijving As Demand Planner you will be owning the service and business waste agenda and corresponding KPIs. You make sure demand and supply are balanced in the short term (under six weeks), and that any big service risks get resolved. In return, you can expect a salary up to €30 per hour.

What you'll be doing

In this position you will be working with the Genpact organisation on continuous process improvement. You will be accountable for residuals, blocked stock, provisions, and obsoletes in general. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

• Periodically executing AATP Business Rule review & adaptation
• Aligning and deciding on escalation/allocation/priorities on customer level with the Sales and Customer Service Team
• Driving the service performance to the agreed service targets
• Supporting the Demand /Supply reconciliation short-term, addressing possible product availability constraints, and proposing demand driven mitigation plans
• Processing improvement operations planning together with Genpact
• Coordinating and driving local sell off activities of residuals and blocked stock together with business stakeholders & managing POM tool
• Completing root cause analysis on business waste to be able to take the correct preventative actions
• Coordinating and driving local activities to secure optimal service to customers for big service issues (including WOS, TUS)
• Acting as First Point of Contact for Genpact Supply Planning Team
• Owning AATP Business rules for most accurate allocation of stock
• Reviewing X+6 promo uplifts for availability with MSP
