Job summary

Ayvens Group seeks a Delivery Manager for the SunSystems Finance ERP platform within the Engineering team. You will coordinate an offshore India-based development team, validate functional requirements, and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of Finance ERP solutions.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in delivery or IT PM, strong Finance/Accounting processes knowledge, and English fluency. The role emphasizes governance and cross‑functional stakeholder collaboration within a global setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Delivery Management, IT Project Management or a closely related role.
• Proven track record delivering ERP Finance projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams, ideally in India or equivalent nearshore setups.

Responsibilities

• Review, validate and challenge functional requirements submitted by the Product team to ensure completeness, clarity and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications that can be reliably executed by the offshore engineering team.
• Own the end-to-end quality of delivery, from functional specification through to production release.

What are you going to do?

As our new Delivery Manager for the SunSystems Finance ERP platform, you will be part of the Engineering team. You will be responsible of maintaining a high-level quality of projects deliverables for the main Finance ERP system used across the organization, coordinating an offshore development team based in India while acting as the primary escalation and facilitation point between all stakeholders. You bring deep functional expertise in Finance ERP— specifically Infor SunSystems— enabling you to challenge requirements, unblock technical or functional issues hands‑on, and ensure that what gets built is fit for purpose, tested to the highest standard, and delivered on time as per planning defined.

Requirements Validation & Product team Partnering

• Review, validate and challenge functional requirements submitted by the Product team to ensure completeness, clarity and technical feasibility.
• Translate business needs into precise functional specifications that can be reliably executed by the offshore engineering team.
• Identify gaps, ambiguities or risks in requirements at the earliest stage to avoid costly downstream rework.

Delivery Quality & Governance

• Own the end-to-end quality of delivery, from functional specification through to production release.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has skills in Drafting of Functional Specifications; Information Technology Project Management; Finance Projects deliveries; Offshore Coordination (India); Stakeholder Communications; Agile Methodology; corporate Financial/Accounting Processes; Information Technology (IT) Projects; IT Transformations; Scrum methodologies.

You will have relevant experience in a similar role, preferably holding a Master Degree in Finance, Accounting, IT engineering, management.

• 5+ years of experience in Delivery Management, IT Project Management or a closely related role.
• Proven track record delivering ERP Finance projects in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong experience managing or coordinating offshore development teams, ideally in India or equivalent nearshore setups.
• Fluent in English is required.
