Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in computer science, ICT, engineering or related discipline.
• At least two years acquiring, assembling and interpreting research and technology information.
• Knowledge of national science and technology sources.
• Experience judging how future technology applies in a military environment.
• Ability to work analytically on technology documentation and build adoption examples.
• Comfortable with office tooling and open-source research.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsibilities

• Identify new emerging technologies and catalogue the existing ones.
• Produce deliverables that develop the technology advantage enabler.
• Analyze how it supports each named line of development.
• Update the vision documents for a shared understanding.
• Prepare the first draft of the action plan.
• Support the definition of initial and full operating capability.
• Build the community of interest and stakeholder engagement.
• Report progress against the action plan to the project manager and sponsor.
