Job summary

Forbion is seeking a Deal Counsel to strengthen its legal, risk & compliance team. You will serve as a trusted adviser to investment teams, supporting transactions from origination through execution to portfolio follow-up.

You will blend legal advice with transaction management, stakeholder coordination and business partnering in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment. Fluency in Dutch is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with 8–12 years of experience, preferably including in-house exposure.
• Strong background in (investment) transactions.
• Experience with venture capital or private equity, life sciences, or similar investment environments.
• Independent, pragmatic, and able to exercise sound legal judgement in a fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative, trustworthy and committed to high ethical standards; fluent in Dutch.

• Advise on transactions from origination through execution to portfolio follow-up.
• Combine legal advice with transaction management, stakeholder coordination and business partnering.
• Support Forbion’s investment teams as a trusted legal adviser within a growing venture capital platform.

Profiel
