Job summary

DHL Aviation Eindhoven Airport zoekt een logistiek medewerker voor DDI Warehouse op Eindhoven Airport. Je werkt in een vaste 2‑ploegendienst (15:30-00:00 en 22:00-06:00) op werkdagen, met een internationaal team en een duidelijke roosterplanning.

Jouw taken omvatten het werken met een heftruck, pallets en sortering, plus het scannen van shipments en controleren van gegevens. Er is ruimte voor groei en professionele ontwikkeling in een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Qualifications

• Beheersing van Engels (vloeiend vereist).
• Beschikbaarheid voor 2-ploegendienst (dag/avond/nacht).
• Eigen heftruckcertificatie en rijbewijs nodig.

Responsibilities

• Rij en sorteer goederen met heftruck in het magazijn.
• Sorteren op bestemming, grootte en type vracht.
• Scannen van shipments en controleren van data in het systeem.
• Opzetten, verplaatsen en beveiligen van rolcontainers en pallets.
• Samenspelen met ploeg om deadlines te halen en veiligheid te waarborgen.

• Working hours: Fulltime, 36-40 hours per week (2-shift system)
• Location: DHL Aviation, Eindhoven Airport
• Salary: 15.3 - 19.89 Hour (incl. Shift allowances)

Do you like working in the evening or night, staying active, and making sure shipments leave the warehouse on time and in good condition?

As a logistics employee in the DDI Warehouse at DHL Aviation on Eindhoven Airport, you work in a fixed 2-shift schedule (15:30-00:00 and 22:00-06:00), only on weekdays. You are part of a close, international team that handles incoming and outgoing air cargo. Your shift starts with a short briefing, then you get to work with scanners, roller conveyors and roll containers. You move between sorting zones, help with building pallets and keep an eye on safety and quality. With clear work instructions and rosters that are published well in advance, you know exactly where you stand and how your week looks.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Work with a forklift to lift and sort the warehouse
• Sorting parcels and shipments by destination, size and type of cargo.
• Scanning shipments with handheld scanners and checking data in the system.
• Building, moving and securing roll containers and pallets so they are ready for transport.
• Working closely with your shift team to meet deadlines and support each other during busy moments.
• Following safety guidelines, using provided workwear and keeping your work area tidy and safe.

You enjoy physical work, evening and night shifts, and working closely with an international logistics team at Eindhoven Airport.

• Available for 2-shift schedule: 15:30-00:00 or 22:00-06:00
• Own a forklift certificatie
• Living in or near Eindhoven, easily commuting to the airport
• No diploma required, but eager to learn and reliable
• Physically fit, used to standing, lifting and active work
• Team player, clear communicator in Dutch or English
• Willing to request a Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
