Job summary

DHL Aviation Eindhoven is op zoek naar een logistiek magazijnmedewerker voor de DDI-werking op Eindhoven Airport. Je werkt in een gestructureerd 2-ploegenschema (15:30-00:00 en 22:00-06:00) van maandag tot en met vrijdag en handelt inkomende en uitgaande zendingen af.

Je sorteert pakketten, scant data en werkt aan rolcontainers en pallets zodat elke zending veilig en tijdig vertrekt. Je werkt met duidelijke procedures, moderne sorteersystemen en roosters die ruim van tevoren bekend zijn, zodat

Qualifications

• Vloeiende Engels- of Nederlands-spreekvaardigheid is vereist.
• Geen diploma nodig; bereidheid om te leren.
• In staat om fysiek werk te verrichten en in ploegendienst te werken.

Responsibilities

• Sorteren van pakketten op bestemming, formaat en type zending.
• Scannen van zendingen met handheld scanners en controleren van data in het systeem.
• Bouwen, verplaatsen en voorbereiden van rolcontainers en pallets voor transport.
• Samenwerken met je ploeg om deadlines te halen en bij drukte ondersteunen.
• Volgen van veiligheidsvoorschriften en schoon en georganiseerd houden van de werkplek.

• Working hours: Fulltime, 32-40 hours per week (2-shift system)

• Salary: €15.30 - 19.89 Hour

Do you like active evening and night shifts and do you want to work with a steady team that keeps international shipments moving on time?

As a logistics warehouse employee in the DDI Warehouse at DHL Aviation in Eindhoven, you work in a structured 2-shift system (15:30-00:00 and 22:00-06:00) from Monday to Friday. You handle incoming and outgoing shipments, sort and scan parcels and build roll containers and pallets so everything leaves the warehouse safely and on time. You work with clear procedures, modern sorting systems and rosters that are published well in advance, so you can plan your private life around your shifts. Together with your international team you make sure every shipment is processed correctly and continues its journey around the world.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Sort parcels based on destination, size and type of shipment.
• Scan shipments with handheld scanners and check data in the system.
• Build, move and prepare roll containers and pallets for transport.
• Work closely with your shift team to meet deadlines and support each other when it gets busy.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep your workplace tidy and organised.
