Job summary

Crocs, Inc. in Dordrecht is seeking Warehouse Employees to support our brand-new Distribution Center. You will pick and pack orders, replenish stock, and process inbound/outbound tasks in a fast-paced logistics setting using scan equipment.

The role requires reliable teamwork and basic English. Shifts run 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00 with rotation; weekends may be required and include allowances and benefits such as discount programs and holiday pay.

Overview

Our Distribution Center in Dordrecht is looking for Warehouse Employees.

Do you already have some working experience within the logistics area and are you looking for a new opportunity? This is your chance to start your career in our brand-new Distribution Center in Dordrecht.

What You’ll Do

• Good verbal and written English language skills. Dutch is not required.
• You have a strong sense of ownership and keep your commitments
• You are a motivated person who is excited to work in a logistics environment
• Our shifts run from 06.00 – 15.00 and 15.00 – 00.00. You will change shifts every other week which makes it easier for you to make any personal plans throughout the year. Please note that there are also other options possible. This is up for discussion.
• Working in the weekends during peak season. It goes without saying that these hours will be compensated at a special rate.
• Please note that our facility is not reachable with the public transportation!

What do we offer?

• You will have an hourly salary 15.67 EUR per hour (this is including 12.5% shift allowance, when working in shifts).
• When you are working in shifts (06:00-15:00 & 15:00-00:00) you will receive a 12.5% shift allowance
• When working in weekends 25% allowance. You have the choice to add these hours to your vacation balance or get them paid.
