Job summary

Silgan Dispensing in Ede zoekt een heftruckchauffeur voor de dagdienst die bijdraagt aan een vlot logistiek proces. Je werkt in een klein team van 2-5 collega's en verwerkt pallets, controleert producten op schade en ladingsbanden, en helpt bij productie-uitrol waar nodig.

Je werkt veilig en nauwkeurig, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en samenwerking. Het bedrijf biedt een marktconform bruto maandelijks salaris, een tijdelijke aanstelling met zicht op vaste aanstelling en doorgroeimogelijkheden,

Qualifications

• Heftruckcertificaat en dagelijkse operationele ervaring.
• Nederlands in woord en schriftelijk vereist.
• Veiligheidsbewust en nauwkeurige werkhouding.

Responsibilities

• Pallets met folie inpakken en correct labelen.
• Producten controleren op schade en kwaliteitsafwijkingen.
• Eindproducten laden in shuttle trailers.
• Interne silo's bijvullen en verpakkingsmaterialen klaarmaken.
• Productieoperators ondersteunen zodra logistieke taken zijn afgerond.

Wat je gaat doen

As a heftruckchauffeur in dayshift, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our logistics processes at Silgan Dispensing in Ede. You'll work in a small team of 2-5 colleagues, collaborating closely with production operators to ensure that products are handled efficiently and safely. Your role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong focus on safety and quality standards. With your expertise, you'll help ensure that our products are ready for further processing or transport, supporting the overall success of our operations.

What You Will Do:

• wrap: pallets with foil and label them correctly for identification
• inspect: products for damages and quality deviations, and report findings
• load: finished products into shuttle trailers for efficient logistics handling
• refill: internal silos and prepare packaging materials for production
• assist: production operators when all logistics tasks are completed
