Job summary

APS Personeel is hiring a Complex Assembly Operator for dayshift in Noord-Brabant. You will work on custom packaging projects, reading technical drawings and assembling wooden packaging constructions with hand tools and machinery.

The role offers a gross hourly wage between €15.73 and €17.27, 39 hours per week, 25 vacation days plus 10 ADV days, overtime pay, travel allowance, and the option to be paid weekly or every four weeks. Long-term tenure is possible with a full-time contract.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in assembly work or technical production environments.
• Ability to independently read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good command of the English and/or Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Checking orders and materials.
• Reading technical drawings.
• Assembling wooden packaging constructions.
• Modifying wooden components, both manually and using machinery.
• Working with hand tools.
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized.
