Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Data Steward to support order handling and master data processes at the Medemblik site in the Netherlands. The role focuses on creating and maintaining parts, documentation and labels needed for production.

The position reports to the Manager Planning and is part of the Planning and Buying team and requires on-site work with fluency in Dutch and English, plus strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English required.
• Clear verbal and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Computer literacy and foundational MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Part number set up for finished goods and raw materials in MAGIC and SAP.
• Execute changes on existing part numbers per drawing revisions or packaging changes; follow change control process.
• Site data maintenance and clean-up as part of the central master data team and point of contact to the global master data team.

The Data Steward is responsible for several key administrative activities that support the order handling process at the plant. The role is critical for the creation and maintenance of parts, documentation and labels needed in production.

This position reports to the Manager Planning and is part of the Planning and Buying team located in Medemblik and will be an on-site role.

What You Will Do

• Part number set up for finished goods and raw materials in MAGIC and SAP
• Execute changes on existing part numbers based on drawing revisions or packaging changes by following the change control process
• Site data maintenance and clean-up as part of the central master data team and point of contact to the global master data team

Who You Are

• Fluent in Dutch and in English
• Clear verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, ability to prioritize work during the day
• Computer literacy and foundational Microsoft Office skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• ERP SAP, ACMS and MAGIC
