Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ML solutions.
• Experience with search, retrieval and recommender techniques.
• Production experience with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and deployment of ML/AI solutions including embedding models, fine-tuned LLMs, and ranking systems.
• Apply generative AI and LLM techniques to personalisation challenges.
• Own experimental design with A/B tests and measure business impact.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to productionise models and maintain pipelines.
• Translate complex business questions into modelling approaches for stakeholders.
• Own well-scoped workstreams end-to-end from framing to results.
• Write production-grade Python code and scalable SQL for pipelines.
• Contribute to foundation model platforms and targeting systems.
