Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Data Scientist to enhance Transaction Monitoring using data analytics, visualization and scalable Python solutions. You will build and maintain Power BI dashboards and translate complex business questions into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in a quantitative field, have 3+ years of relevant experience, and demonstrate strong Python and Power BI skills, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management in English.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative or technical field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analyst or similar.
• Strong Power BI experience, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Strong Python skills, including OOP and software engineering best practices.
• Experience writing maintainable, scalable and well-structured code.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to independently lead initiatives and translate business needs into solutions.
• Structured, proactive and business-focused approach.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Experience in AML, FEC, Transaction Monitoring, Risk or Compliance is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirements through analysis and presentation.

Role Description

As a Data Scientist, you will use data, analytics and visualization to improve Transaction Monitoring capabilities.
