Job summary

Everience Benelux, a forward‑looking AI-focused consulting group, seeks an experienced IT Software Quality Engineer to drive QA across data platforms and cloud ecosystems. You will lead ETL/data validation, SQL testing and test automation to ensure data accuracy and reliability across end‑to‑end pipelines.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop automated validation frameworks using Python, PySpark and Pandas, and test Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Data Lake solutions to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS/IT/Data Engineering or related field.
• Strong ETL and Big Data testing experience with data validation.
• Experience with Azure data services and cloud testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of ETL and data workflows.
• Validate data extraction, transformation and loading processes.
• Conduct data reconciliation and cross-system validation activities.
• Ensure data quality across source and target systems.
• Develop and maintain automated data validation frameworks (Python, PySpark, Pandas).
• Test Azure Data Factory, Databricks and Data Lake data pipelines.
• Perform API testing and data exchange validation across services.
• Manage defect lifecycle and collaborate with dev/integration teams.
• Track quality metrics and provide status updates to stakeholders.
