Booking.com is seeking a Data Manager II in Amsterdam to establish and drive governance across the finance data estate. You will design data quality frameworks, implement observability, and act as the bridge between business needs, data engineering, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with FP&A Tech and cross-functional teams, applying GDPR practices and responsible AI principles while guiding platform modernization and data pipelines.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years in data management, governance, quality, or related role.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and drive data governance across finance data estate.
• Design and operate data quality frameworks and observability checks.
• Bridge business requirements with data platforms and regulatory needs.
• Embed governance into platform modernization programs.
• Lead end-to-end data governance initiatives and communicate business impact.
• Profile data with SQL/Python and mentor engineers/analysts.
