Job summary

Datashift is expanding its Rotterdam office and seeks an experienced Data Governance Lead to guide client data governance programs from roadmap to delivery. You will mentor consultants, drive project ownership, and contribute to market-leading offerings in data governance, quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consulting experience with client management responsibilities.
• Proven track record leading and mentoring teams across multiple engagements.
• Deep knowledge of data governance and tooling (e.g., Collibra), with vendor selection experience (RFPs).
• Fluent in English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Define data governance roadmaps and prioritize client projects.
• Lead and mentor the consulting team to deliver client engagements.
• Own end-to-end data governance projects focused on quality, compliance and management.
• Shape service offerings and contribute to internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership.
