Job Title: Data Governance Analyst

Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid, 1-2 times per week in office)

Duration: 20 months

Hours: Minimum 38 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

We are looking for a Data Governance Analyst to help manage and safeguard the quality of data for 4.7 million pension participants. Responsibilities
  • Ensure high-quality data in our pension administration system by analyzing, monitoring, and improving data quality.
  • Report on data quality and advise stakeholders including data owners, process owners, and change teams.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure the correct use, flow, and management of data.
  • Formulate and build data quality rules independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Work in a risk-driven manner, identifying and mitigating data risks effectively.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in data management, with strong knowledge of data warehouse environments and relational databases.
  • Expertise in SQL, data quality techniques, and object-oriented data models.
  • Preferably, pension administration knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • Strong skills in risk analysis and stakeholder management.
  • A collaborative, organizationally sensitive, and critical mindset when it comes to data processes.
