Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Dutch and English proficiency.
• Experience deploying production data systems and building scalable architectures.
• Familiarity with software engineering, cloud provisioning, streaming, and automation.
• Able to work under pressure, code and script, and explain technical choices.
• Residency in the Netherlands; relocation not available.
• Nice to have: open-source contributions, startup experience, knowledge of Airflow, Dagster, Spark, Flink, Iceberg, Docker, Terraform, AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities

• Work on projects of varying lengths and with different clients

• Practical experience putting systems into production and building robust, scalable systems
• Familiarity with software engineering, cloud, provisioning, streaming, and automation
• Able to work under pressure, use open-source technology, code, script, and work collaboratively while explaining technical choices
• Must live in the Netherlands; relocation is not currently available
