Job summary

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group born digital, augmented by data, enhanced by creativity, and driven by responsibility. As a Data Engineer Consultant you will join the Data Science team working on client projects and on building Sia AI solutions with the French Data Engineering team.

The role focuses on cloud services (GCP/AWS/Azure), containers with Docker and Kubernetes, Python tools, and scalable ETL pipelines.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree with a strong quantitative component.
• 1–3 years in Data, DevOps, Cloud or Software Engineering.
• Proficient in Python; solid with PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Familiar with one cloud platform (GCP, AWS or Azure) and eager to learn more.
• Experience with Docker, CI/CD and growing Kubernetes skills.
• Security-conscious with knowledge of certificate management and OAuth2.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Work on client projects and help build Sia AI solutions with the Data Engineering team.
• Shape data pipelines and data platforms, and provision ML models in cloud environments.
• Contribute to DevOps culture and IaC practices (Terraform) for robust data platforms.
