Job summary

Nike Inc is seeking motivated students for a six-month Business Planning Internship at our EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum, Netherlands. You will turn data into insights and collaborate across Demand Planning, Supply & Inventory Planning, and Consumer Planning.

Eligible candidates are full-time students in relevant fields, fluent in English, and comfortable with data and AI concepts. The program is a hybrid on-site and remote arrangement starting 1 February 2027.

Qualifications

Be enrolled as a full-time student for the full duration of the internship.
Be available for a full-time, six-month internship starting on 1 February 2027.
Be able to work in a hybrid model, three days on site and two days from home.
You are enrolled in a Dutch university (HBO or WO) OR you hold EU/EEA citizenship and are enrolled in a university outside the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

Analyze business, consumer, and marketplace data to identify trends and opportunities.
Support forecasting, planning, and performance management through data-driven insights.
Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations for business decisions.
Partner with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, and Supply Chain to support priorities.
Leverage analytical tools to improve reporting and decision-making capabilities.
