Job summary

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is offering a hands-on internship at Schiphol-East with the Component Services team. You will learn by supporting the Product Team, mapping processes, and testing dashboards while gaining exposure to Agile/SAFe practices.

The role suits HBO/WO students in Business Analytics or Information Management, fluent in Dutch and proficient in English. It includes a market-standard internship allowance and opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Enrolled at a Dutch educational institution for the entire internship period.
• Dutch speaker required and comfortable in English.
• Available from 1 February for 4–5 days a week, at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Team delivering insights for Component Services.
• Help map and visualize core processes (logistics, commercial, supply chain, repair).
• Assist in testing dashboards and reports.
• Convert business processes into visual data models (ERDs).
• Assist in organizing Project Board activities and communications.
