Job summary

Leaseweb is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge data analytics and business strategy. You will build dashboards, analyze performance trends, and work with multiple units and development teams to turn data into actionable insights and data products.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities from translating data requirements to communicating analytical findings, while supporting the adoption of reporting tools and fostering a data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant data analysis experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements and analytical findings.
• Proficiency with SQL, R, or Python; English fluency; Dutch is a plus.
• Experience with KPI development and dashboarding is preferred.
