Job summary

Salter Grange is recruiting an experienced Project Director for a major data centre construction project in Eemshaven, Netherlands. The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team to deliver safely, on time and within budget on a technically complex project for an international contractor.

You will work closely with the client and senior operations leadership to ensure programme delivery, quality and safety excellence across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' experience delivering large-scale construction projects with a Main Contractor or General Contractor.
• Proven leadership and senior stakeholder management experience.
• Strong understanding of programme delivery and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of a major data centre construction project.
• Manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary project team.
• Ensure delivery safely, on time, within budget and to quality standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with client and key stakeholders.
• Chair project, client and progress meetings and drive EHS culture.
