Job summary

Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician to join our Groningen, Netherlands team. This full-time, on-site role supports critical infrastructure across world-class data center facilities.

You will install, configure, and maintain server and network gear, perform cabling, and monitor environmental systems. The position includes standard business hours with on-call rotation and night/weekend differentials where applicable.

Qualifications

• Data center or IT infrastructure experience required.
• Server hardware and networking knowledge essential.
• Reliable and professional with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and perform troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
• Data center or IT infrastructure experience preferred.
• Proximity to local data center facilities.
• Flexible schedule for on-call/emergency work.
