Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Data Center Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to oversee planning and scheduling of maintenance work across our data centers. You will collaborate with site management and technicians to define priorities, develop job plans, parts and materials, and ensure safe, efficient plans and schedules.

You will administer the CMMS program at site level, maintain equipment records, PM schedules, and coordinate with operations teams and vendors to maximize uptime and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• NL MBO-4 certification or equivalent training.
• 1 year of program or project management experience.
• 1 year of CMMS experience.
• Experience with CMMS, preventative maintenance, scheduling, KPI management.
• Dutch and English fluency for client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility management to develop and level schedules using the CMMS.
• Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, PM schedules.
• Launch CMMS and work management processes at site level for daily operation.
• Drive CMMS data integrity by auditing work order data and asset history.
• Coordinate maintenance work orders with operations teams and vendors to maximize uptime.
