Job summary

Nebius Group is looking for an IT Datacenter Technician to maintain and optimize our data center IT infrastructure. You will work hands-on with GPU cloud clusters, troubleshoot hardware issues and ensure continuous operation of critical systems, with possible travel between data centers and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include monitoring the IT infrastructure on a day/night shift, diagnosing server and network hardware problems, installing and decommissioning hardware, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of server and networking equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with server hardware, switches and fiber optics.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve hardware issues.
• A proactive, responsible and results‑driven work attitude.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure as a shift worker (day & night).
• Diagnose and resolve server and network hardware issues in the data center.
• Install, upgrade and decommission IT hardware as required.
• Maintain fiber optic and patch cable connectivity.
• Process RMAs per company procedures and document them.
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve technical problems.
• Keep hardware configuration docs and maintenance procedures up to date.
