Job summary

Vanderlande seeks a proactive Data Analyst intern at its Veghel HQ to support the global sales organization in data-driven insights and automation. You will own the Sales Reference Portal within the Distribution domain, integrating databases and building Power BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with affinity for structured data handling and process optimization.
• Experience with or interest in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or low-code automation platforms.
• Proactive team player with the ability to collaborate across cultures and strong English communication.
• Residency in The Netherlands and enrolment in Dutch education system.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a centralized Sales Reference Portal for the global Distribution domain.
• Consolidate and structure existing project databases into a unified data landscape.
• Create automated workflows (Power Automate) to capture data when projects are secured.
• Design advanced filtering logic and interactive Power BI dashboards by country, solution type, and equipment.
• Explore AI capabilities to improve data accessibility for sales teams worldwide.
• Act as data moderator ensuring high data quality and alignment between technical and commercial teams.
