Job summary

Vanderlande Industries GmbH in Veghel seeks a Data Analyst intern to strengthen our global sales organization through structured knowledge management, automation, and data-driven insights. You will own the Sales Reference Portal within the Distribution domain and integrate databases into a unified data landscape.

You will build automated workflows with Power Automate and develop dynamic Power BI dashboards, bridging sales support, data analytics, AI, and commercial processes to speed up winning

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with affinity for structured data handling and process optimization.
• Experience with or strong interest in Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or low-code automation platforms.
• Proactive, cross-cultural collaboration across the globe.
• Good communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
• Mandatory enrolment to a Dutch Education System & resident of The Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand a centralized, searchable Sales Reference Portal for the global Distribution domain.
• Consolidate existing project databases into a unified data landscape.
• Create automated workflows using Power Automate to capture data when projects are secured.
• Design advanced filtering logic and interactive Power BI dashboards by country, solution, throughput, and equipment.
• Explore AI capabilities to optimize data accessibility for sales teams worldwide.
• Act as process owner and data moderator to ensure high data quality.
