Job summary

Tech Rise is seeking a Data Analyst to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and help advance our BI landscape. You will unlock data, design models, develop dashboards, and advise the business on data usage, KPI definitions, and standardized reporting.

Collaborating with multiple teams, you will ensure data quality and drive data-driven decision making across the organization, leveraging SAP analytics tools and modern data platforms.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with data modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud or Power BI.
• Experience with modern data platforms such as SAP Datasphere is a plus.
• Affinity with ERP systems, such as SAP Business ByDesign, is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to make complex analyses understandable.
• Proactive mindset and a strong focus on collaboration and improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills: you think proactively, ask probing questions, and dare to provide direction.

As a Data Analyst, you are responsible for translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. You operate at the intersection of data engineering and analytics and play a key role in further developing the BI landscape. You work closely with colleagues from various teams and are involved in the entire process: from unlocking and modeling data to developing dashboards and advising the business.
