As a Data Analyst at Viamanta, you will turn data into insights that fuel better decisions. You’ll work hands-on with modern cloud technologies to build meaningful dashboards, uncover insights, and contribute to a growing suite of data products that support internal teams and external partners. You will be joining an entrepreneurial team with both corporate and start-up experience, working with high ownership and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain engaging dashboards and reports in Power BI that support data-driven decisions across Viamanta
• Translate business needs into analytical models, queries, and visualizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders from management, product, operations, and commercial teams to define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Use Python and SQL to conduct exploratory data analysis and identify trends, patterns, or anomalies
• Support data infrastructure and pipeline improvements in close collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Assist in rolling out analytics capabilities related to CMS and other business system integrations
• Promote a data-first culture by enabling teams to use our tools, reports, and insights effectively
• Maintain and improve documentation of data models and analytical processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or business analytics (or equivalent working experience)
• Advanced Power BI skills for dashboards and visualization
• Strong SQL and Python programming skills for analysis and transformation
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Glue, Athena, Redshift)
• Experience working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server)
• Clear communicator with the ability to simplify complex topics for a broad audience
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and translating it into structured, maintainable solutions
• Experience with Data Science or Machine Learning projects is a plus
• Legal authorization to work in the EU
