Job summary

Philips is seeking a Data and AI Engineer for the Enterprise Informatics unit to turn business needs into analytical problems and scalable Python/SQL solutions. You will work with the Databricks Lakehouse on Azure, integrate data from enterprise systems, and prototype agentic AI solutions while ensuring data quality and governance.

You will collaborate across Services, Sales Operations, Marketing and Operations, communicate insights to senior stakeholders, and drive data strategy and governance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data handling, analytics or data engineering or AI solution development.

Responsibilities

• Translate ambiguous business questions into defined analytical problems and communicate conclusions.
• Integrate data from enterprise systems and ensure data quality, lineage and governance.
• Build data solutions on Databricks Lakehouse with Python/SQL and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
• Prototype and productionize agentic AI solutions with proper testing and CI/CD practices.
