Job summary

Philips Avent Experience Innovation seeks a Data, AI & Algorithm Intern to transform large real-world datasets into product-relevant insights. Work with the Eindhoven team and collaborate with engineers, designers and researchers across Eindhoven, Amsterdam and Shenzhen to explore data signals and algorithm concepts.

You will build data pipelines, prototype AI features and contribute to end-to-end product thinking from data to consumer value.

Qualifications

• Student in data science, AI, computer science, applied physics, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, robotics or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Explore SenseIQ and connected product data to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Translate consumer needs into measurable signals, data requirements and algorithm logic.
• Build and iterate data analysis pipelines and algorithm prototypes, mainly in Python.
• Define what reliability, false alarms and user relevance look like for product functions.
• Support validation of early algorithm concepts under real-world variability.
• Communicate insights through structured analyses and visuals.
