Job summary

Destinus is seeking a Dangerous Good Coordinator in the Kinetics division to ensure that aerospace components move safely from design to production. You will manage warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and documentation standards.

You will work with engineers and procurement, operate ERP with Dynamics, and maintain precise inventory records while supporting lean improvements and on‑time delivery.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in warehouse or logistics operations in aerospace/defence/manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of components, assemblies and handling for precision systems.
  • Hands-on experience with warehouse machinery and ERP usage.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day flow of mechanical and propulsion components from receipt to usage.
  • Assist with logistics and shipping for sensitive or high‑value systems following procedures.
  • Maintain accurate ERP inventory records with traceability and documentation.
  • Prepare and deliver components, tools and consumables to production on time.
  • Collaborate with engineering, quality and procurement to align logistics with tech and production needs.
  • Ensure storage, packaging and handling meet safety and environmental standards.
  • Support incoming inspections and supplier documentation checks, flag discrepancies.
  • Contribute ideas to improve warehouse and logistics processes for efficiency and reliability.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the day-to-day flow of mechanical and propulsion-related components within the Kinetics division, from reception goods to delivery at the point of use
  • Assist with logistics and shipping activities for sensitive or high-value kinetic systems and subassemblies, following established procedures
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system, ensuring traceability and proper documentation of parts and materials
  • Help production teams by preparing and delivering components, tools, and consumables on time and in good condition
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and quality teams to ensure logistics activities align with technical needs and production plans
  • Follow defined standards for storage, packaging, and handling of precision assemblies, including safety, cleanliness, and environmental requirements
  • Participate in incoming inspections, check supplier documentation, and support coordination with procurement when discrepancies arise
  • Contribute ideas and hands‑on support to improve warehouse and logistics processes, making operations more efficient, lean, and reliable over time
Requirements
What You’ll Need
  • 3+ Years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in aerospace, automotive, or mechanical manufacturing environments, junior profiles are also welcome!
  • Understanding of technical components, mechanical assemblies, and handling requirements for precision systems
  • Hands‑on experience with warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet trucks, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) and documentation accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to technical details
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
  • Team-oriented mindset, proactive attitude, and willingness to collaborate closely with engineers and technicians.
