Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Food Science or Dairy Technology or related field with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in milk protein development and functionality within a B2B innovation context.
• Proven project management capabilities.
• Design of experiments, data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience leading pilot and factory trials, and knowledge of food safety.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with thorough stakeholder alignment.
• Oversee clearance, validation and implementation of new products and processes.
• Develop resource and budget plans, delivering on time and quality.
• Plan, execute, analyze and report experiments with data integrity.
• Maintain protein know-how using knowledge systems and SAP-PLM.
