Ubique Systems is seeking a D365 F&O Functional Lead (O2C) to drive end-to-end O2C implementations in a Den Bosch-based hybrid setup.

The role requires extensive ERP experience, strong D365 F&O knowledge, and a track record of leading O2C projects, including workshops, training, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 15+ years ERP experience.
• 5+ years in D365 F&O.
• Experience leading O2C implementations.
• Lead the D365 O2C functional workstream.
• Gather requirements and drive solution design.
• Configure and support Sales, Pricing, Billing, and AR processes.
• Lead workshops, testing, and user training.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business and IT stakeholders to define scope and design.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for delivery and testing.
• Manage go-live activities and post-production support.
• Mentor team members and ensure delivery quality.
• Document solution designs and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Collaborate with business users to validate processes and improvements.
