Job summary

Hef Associates seeks a Finance Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, fluent in Dutch. You will implement and tailor BC across finance, manufacturing and supply chain, coordinating with developers and managers to meet client needs.

You will lead workshops, document processes, and support data migration, testing, and training. Strong English skills are required for internal collaboration, with Dutch localization experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple modules (Finance, Manufacturing, etc).
• Native/fluent Dutch with strong.localization knowledge.
• Proficiency in English for internal collaboration.
• Nice to have: Continia, idyn or similar add-ons.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops with key users and stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Document business process flows and perform process analysis.
• Configure and assist data migration; ensure Dutch-speaking users are supported.
• Guide testing, UAT, and CRP sessions; support go-live and cutover.
