Job summary

NCC Group in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to design and shape cybersecurity solutions for client opportunities across professional and managed services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand requirements, scope engagements, and develop commercially viable solutions aligned with NCC Group’s capabilities.

Qualifications

• Presales, solution architecture or technical consultancy in cybersecurity.
• Strong cybersecurity domain knowledge (offensive/defensive, cloud, GRC).
• Communicate complex solutions to tech and non-tech stakeholders.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST or CIS Controls.
• Commercial awareness balancing client needs and profitability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical solution designs for client opportunities.
• Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales engagements.
• Produce client-facing documentation: proposals, statements of work, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Product Management teams.
• Support bid responses and RFx with technical input and cost considerations.
• Maintain awareness of cybersecurity trends and NCC Group offerings.
• Assist Senior and Principal Solution Architects on complex engagements.
• Contribute to internal initiatives to improve presales processes.
