Job summary

Planon, part of Schneider Electric, seeks a Senior Cybersecurity Operations & Response Specialist to shape monitoring and incident response across Cloud, Product, R&D and Global IT. You will define strategies, align stakeholders, oversee response performance and coordinate actions during incidents to meet regulatory requirements.

You will lead governance and operations with seniority, ensuring timely escalation, risk management and clear reporting to management and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in cybersecurity or related field.
• Experience with logging, SIEM, and detection engineering.
• Coordinate across multiple technical teams during incidents.
• Fluency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define monitoring and response strategy with stakeholders.
• Oversee incident handling and security service performance.
• Coordinate actions during significant security incidents.
• Provide management reporting on monitoring coverage and risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of monitoring capabilities and tooling.
