Job summary

European Space Agency is offering an internship in the Security Office, Cyber Internal Audit Section. You will contribute to the security assurance process and cybersecurity risk management for ESA programmes, while researching emerging AI cybersecurity frameworks and assisting in the integration of audit solutions across ESA supply chains.

The role requires being a Master’s student, enrolled for the entire internship, with working knowledge of English or French.

Qualifications

• Must be a university student, preferably in final or penultimate year at Master level.
• Able to prove enrollment for the entire internship.
• Learning and applying cybersecurity auditing concepts during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the security assurance process and cybersecurity risk management for ESA programmes.
• Research and analyze AI cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., FAICP, ISO/IEC 42001:2023, NIST AI RMF).
• Contribute to analysis and design of integration solutions with the Cyber Internal Audit Framework used across ESA programmes.
