Job summary

Sia is a next-generation global management consulting group with 3,000 consultants. The Cybersecurity Business Unit offers services across strategy, risk, compliance, operations and resilience.

You will work on boards, operating models, risk assessments, and security architectures using AI-driven insights in a multinational setting. You will participate in innovation projects within Sia CyberLab, publish insights, and contribute to external events while developing technical and consulting skills

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• 1–3 years relevant consultancy cybersecurity experience.
• Strong interest in data and AI topics and ability to rapidly build expertise.
• Proficient in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of IP networks, OS, cloud platforms, applications, and Cryptography; blockchain a plus.
• Fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial.
• Fluent in English and Dutch communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Join Cyber Strategy, Cyber Risk, Cyber Compliance, Cyber Operations and Cyber Resilience offerings.
• Contribute to innovation within Sia CyberLab by developing new SaaS offers and PoCs.
• Represent the firm at professional clubs, fairs and events and contribute to publications.

In addition to your missions and as part of your participation in the internal development of the firm, you participate in:

• Innovation within our Sia CyberLab, where you work on the development of new SaaS offers and solutions around advanced technologies and capitalizing on our unique know-how in AI. You also carry out benchmarks and PoCs of Cyber solutions on the market, while participating in active monitoring of Cyber news.
• Promote the firm, around our Cybersecurity expertise, by actively contributing to the publication plan (articles, insights, white papers, studies, webinar, etc.), and represent the firm at various professional clubs, fairs and events.

Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree engineering/computer science/statistics/econometrics.
• You have 1-3 years relevant working experience within a consultancy firm with experience in cybersecurity projects.
• You have a strong interest in data and AI-related topics, the ability to quickly build expertise in these areas, and you’re excited about helping our clients seize the opportunities they offer.
• Knowledge in Python, C++, Java, Ruby, Node, Go, and/or Power Shell.
• Knowledge in IP Networks, Operating Systems (Unix / Linux, Windows and/or macOs), Cloud (AWS, Azure and/or GCP), Applications (Web Server, BDD, Middleware, etc) as well as Cryptography; knowledge in Blockchain would be a real plus.
• You're a fast learner, communicative, flexible and entrepreneurial
• English & Dutch communication and presentation skills.
