Job summary

Europol is seeking a Senior Agent – Cybersecurity Awareness in The Hague to lead the cybersecurity awareness program and drive its maturity. You will plan, coordinate and deliver risk-based education and training initiatives to strengthen staff knowledge, skills and secure behaviours across the organisation.

The role emphasizes developing materials, coordinating campaigns, and evaluating outcomes with KPIs, while liaising with EU institutions and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering cybersecurity awareness training across diverse audiences
• Ability to create engaging training materials in multiple formats
• Experience planning and executing phishing simulations and analyzing results
• Knowledge of EU cybersecurity regulatory frameworks and best practices

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve cybersecurity awareness services
• Design, coordinate and deliver campaigns, trainings and engagement initiatives
• Develop and maintain training materials across formats
• Plan and execute phishing simulations and inform campaigns by results
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to embed awareness in onboarding and staff development
• Monitor, evaluate and report on effectiveness using defined KPIs
• Support policies and guidance related to staff cybersecurity responsibilities
• Assist with LMS, content tools and platforms supporting awareness activities
• Keep abreast of evolving threats and awareness practices
